30-Day Returns

Return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items purchased during "Final Sale" events are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at returns@dressco.lk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.
